I bought a 2023 Nissan Rogue last week from Patrick Atkinson. I am writing this review because I would like to recognize Patrick’s outstanding customer service. My husband and I walked into the car dealership on a Saturday afternoon. We test-drove one vehicle and immediately purchased it after the test drive. Patrick impressed us because he was extremely knowledgeable and could answer every question we asked. Patrick was friendly, personable and professional. It felt like we had known him for a long time, and he was able to build our trust and respect quickly.
The purchase process was seamless thanks to Nissan’s Financial Services Manager, Misty Young. Misty gave me a very good education on all of Nissan’s car protection plans and opened my eyes to other financial processes of which I was not aware. She was very patient and understanding, and she took the extra time to ensure I was comfortable and confident with the decisions. Thank you, Misty!
Last night (one day less one week since the purchase of our car), the tire popped on my new car on the highway. I contacted Patrick for help that evening, not expecting to receive a response so quickly. The very next day, Patrick ordered the tire I needed and made the arrangements to replace the flat tire. I cannot express my gratitude to Patrick and to Nissan for taking such great care of my needs. They made me feel like a VIP! If I hear someone is shopping for a new or used car, I will send them to Patrick at St. Catharine’s Nissan because I can guarantee them exceptional customer service.
