Four Nissan models recognized in latest IIHS Safety rankings 2026 Sentra, Murano, Pathfinder earn TOP SAFETY PICK+ rating; Armada named TOP SAFETY PICK
MISSISSAUGA, Ont. – Four 2026 Nissan models have earned safety honours in the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) latest round of rankings, reinforcing Nissan’s commitment to deliver vehicles that meet the highest standards for crashworthiness and overall safety performance.
The all-new 2026 Nissan Sentra has earned its first ever TOP SAFETY PICK+ designation, joining the 2026 Murano and 2026 Pathfinder, which both maintain their TOP SAFETY PICK+ ratings from the previous year. The 2026 Armada adds a TOP SAFETY PICK rating. Together, these models join the 2026 Rogue, which received a TOP SAFETY PICK designation in October 2025, bringing Nissan’s total to five 2026 models recognized for excellence in IIHS evaluations.
